					<description>couldn't agree more. if they'd spent time understanding how people actually consume their product i.e. what it actually means to people beyond the look of the thing, they would have ended up a million miles away from where they got to. frustratingly obvious really.</description>

just waiting to have my kitchen installed and that's the 2nd thing i'm going to cook! [not having a kitchen for more than a month for someone who really likes to cook is like not having ipod or stereo for music lover...OK i'll skip the sex analogy this time :-) ]
